The LGL-TPE is recruiting an instrumentation, experimentation and measurement technician on fixed-term contract to look after the installations of its platform for experimentation and analysis under extreme conditions (Peace) at the Campus de la Doua, Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, Villeurbanne.
The position is available immediately. It runs until the end of August 2025 and is renewable for one year.

Description
Following a vacancy, a position for a technician on fixed-term contract is to be filled at the Lyon Geology Laboratory on the platform for experimentation and analysis under extreme conditions.
You will be in charge of setting up laboratory autoclaves and a Paris-Edinburgh press, monitoring their operation and ensuring the supply and operation of support infrastructures including a chemistry laboratory, a microbiology laboratory and a mineralogical sample preparation room.
The position is immediately available and will run until the end of August 2025.
It is potentially renewable.
